Wink Hotels, the innovative hotel brand of the Indochina Vanguard Hotels joint venture, has announced the construction sites for its first two projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. This marks a significant milestone, signifying the first two projects in the Wink Hotels chain in Vietnam.
These two land plots have been officially handed over to ICC Kajima, a real estate development unit of Indochina Capital, a leading American real estate developer in Vietnam. Established as a joint venture with Kajima, a leading foreign real estate investment and development group from Japan, Indochina Capital aims to develop groundbreaking, high-quality projects throughout Vietnam. Wink Hotels is the brand that symbolizes ICC Kajima's development vision.
The first Wink Hotel project is located at 75 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Ho Chi Minh City, in the rapidly developing District 1, the city's financial and commercial center. The first Wink Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City is expected to open in Q4 2019, with a total of 226 guest rooms. Demolition and site preparation are underway. The project development and hotel management teams are in the process of adjusting the design and completing other key construction items.
The second location in the hotel chain is situated at 178 Tran Phu Street, Da Nang, right in the heart of the city's commercial and entertainment district. Wink boasts 243 guest rooms and a rooftop lobby offering stunning views of the Han River, Hai Van Pass, Son Tra Peninsula, and the East Sea. The Da Nang hotel is expected to open in the first quarter of 2020.
