On Christmas Eve, Executive Chef Darren Watson will present a four-course menu featuring imported duck liver and slow-cooked lobster, finished with German cakes and butter cookies. Choose from traditional roast turkey with truffles and turkey thighs, or roast sea bass fillet with bacon-spiced mushrooms, and a soft dark chocolate cake with cognac-flavored chocolate ice cream for dessert.

On New Year’s Eve, Reflections will enchant you with their last dinner of the year featuring Carabinero prawns and smoked beef tartare, imported duck liver with orange purée and raisins, and roasted pigeon. A creamy coconut and lemon tart will round off the sumptuous five-course feast while you sip your coffee and chocolate truffles.
