In particular, HOTLIST 2024 will hold its first offline event on December 18, 2024 at Nikko Saigon Hotel with two meaningful programs: The Insiders Forum and Honor Ceremony Gala Night with the goal of creating a meaningful event where leading experts gather, connect and share experiences and opportunities for businesses in the tourism industry to exchange and expand cooperation.
The Insiders Forum
The tourism and hospitality industry is undergoing significant changes with the emergence of new trends such as sustainable tourism, smart technology, and changes in the behavior of new-generation customers. Travellive Media Group, in collaboration with The Brand Promise, organizes The Insider Forum - where experts will share experiences and discuss new development trends as well as analyze the behavior and portrait of new-generation travelers. The Insiders Forum workshop with the theme Next-Gen Travel
With the theme Next-Gen Travel, the discussion focused on exploring innovative trends in the tourism and hospitality industry including: Advanced technology; Sustainable development; New customer expectations. The workshop featured presentations from three prestigious experts in the tourism industry, namely: Mr. Richard Burrage - Founder & Operating Partner of Cimigo Research Agency with over 30 years of experience in market research with a presentation on the role of cultural heritage in sustainable tourism development; Mr. Seng Soon Chuah - Regional Development Director of Southeast Asia & Pacific Club Med with an analysis of the role of international hotel brands in enhancing destination image; Mr. Sam Korsmoe - Co-author of the book Vietnam's Asia Rising Star; Founder of Saigon Writers Club and Director of the Greater Yellowstone Adventure Series Race sharing about the future of Vietnam's tourism development and inspiring sustainable development.
At the same time, the event will have two discussion sessions, the first session will discuss "Marketing, destinations - opportunities and development" focusing on exploiting multi-dimensional perspectives to promote tourism, emphasizing the benefits of sustainable development as a long-term competitive advantage for businesses in the tourism sector.
The second session with “Next-Gen Travel” is expected to open up new perspectives and tourism development potential for tourism product businesses. Digital technology and initiatives on artificial intelligence and personalized experiences will create a difference for each tourism business and easily attract international tourists.
