Notably, HOTLIST 2024 will hold its first offline event on December 18, 2024, at the Nikko Saigon Hotel, featuring two meaningful programs: The Insiders Forum and the Gala Honor Ceremony. The goal is to create a significant event where leading industry experts can gather, connect, and share experiences, as well as providing opportunities for tourism businesses to network and expand cooperation.
The Insiders Forum
The tourism and hospitality industry is undergoing significant transformations with the rise of new trends such as sustainable tourism, smart technology, and changing customer behavior. Travellive Media Group, in collaboration with The Brand Promise, is organizing The Insider Forum – where experts will share experiences and discuss emerging trends, as well as analyze the behavior and profiles of the next generation of travelers. This is an opportunity for businesses in the tourism industry to update and adapt to the rapidly changing market, thereby enhancing their competitiveness.
The Insiders Forum conference focused on the theme of Next-Gen Travel.
With the theme "Next-Gen Travel," the discussion focused on exploring innovative trends in the tourism and hospitality industry, including: cutting-edge technology; sustainable development; and new customer expectations. The workshop featured presentations from three reputable experts in the tourism industry: Mr. Richard Burrage - Founder & Operating Partner of Cimigo Research Agency, with over 30 years of experience in market research, who shared insights on the role of cultural heritage in sustainable tourism development; Mr. Seng Soon Chuah - Director of Southeast Asia & Pacific Development at Club Med, who analyzed the role of international hotel brands in enhancing destination image; and Mr. Sam Korsmoe - Co-author of the book "Vietnam's Asia Rising Star," Founder of Saigon Writers Club, and Director of the Greater Yellowstone Adventure Series, who shared insights on the future of Vietnamese tourism and inspired sustainable development.
Simultaneously, the event will feature two discussion sessions. The first session will focus on "Marketing, Destinations - Opportunities and Development," exploring diverse perspectives to promote tourism and emphasizing the benefits of sustainable development as a long-term competitive advantage for businesses in the tourism sector.
The second session, themed "Next-Gen Travel," is expected to open up fresh perspectives and potential for tourism development for businesses involved in tourism products. Digital technology and innovations in artificial intelligence and personalized experiences will differentiate each tourism business and easily attract international tourists.
