Food Exchange Restaurant opens for breakfast buffet from 7am. A La Carte menu is served from 10:30am to 10:30pm.

Phu Quoc Seafood Restaurant is a great culinary destination for seafood lovers of all ages thanks to its unforgettable delicious dishes. With a contemporary and intimate architecture, the restaurant is a place for you to experience many unique culinary options, all attractively presented and made from the best quality ingredients of Phu Quoc, such as live-caught sea fish, black pepper and the island's specialty fish sauce. Children under 12 years old will have a separate menu according to international nutritional standards.

Sit back and relax as Novotel Phu Quoc Resort prepares delicious dishes from the A La Carte breakfast menu from Phu Quoc Seafood Restaurant. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you only need to pay an additional VND180,000++ for this promotion. The A La Carte breakfast menu includes: bread, fresh fruit, hot dishes, fresh juice and a glass of sparkling wine served to your table.

The class content includes: knife skills, cooking secrets, how to choose ingredients and a brief history of the dish. Students will be guided to shop at Phu Quoc market, choosing ingredients from regular shops to high-quality suppliers. In the afternoon, students will start to show off their cooking skills at Phu Quoc Seafood Restaurant, following the cooking steps such as: preparing ingredients, cooking three dishes and ending the class by sitting down and enjoying the fruits of their labor.
