Celebrate Christmas Sapa style right in Hanoi

A 15m high Christmas tree decorated with 850 traditional conical hats made from palm leaves. A recreation of the Seven Dwarfs' Christmas house from Grimm's fairy tale on Le Phung Hieu Street welcomes you to the Metropole. A book with myths and legends about Sapa. As soon as you step into the hotel lobby, you will feel like you are lost in a warm, luxurious and elegant space. The ancient French architectural space is decorated with lovely objects of the festive season, lanterns made of silk, or woven bamboo baskets decorated with fresh flowers, or balls made from embroidered fabric of the Red Dao and H'mong people in Sapa, then tassels, colorful ribbons, and lucky coins. All are inspired by the mysterious Sapa - the only place in Vietnam that welcomes snowfall every winter. Located in the northwest mountains, Sapa is famous for the diversity of ethnic minorities living here, and more specifically, the majestic mountain scenery, beautiful landscapes.

In particular, on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of its establishment, the Metropole Hanoi Hotel offers a book entitled Once Upon a Time in Sapa with a unique cover recreating the majestic Sapa landscape and stories about the legendary Sapa. To make it more interesting, at the end of each book, children have the opportunity to participate in a drawing contest organized by the hotel and freely express their creativity about the mountainous Sapa region and win interesting gifts.

Joining in the festive atmosphere that fills the entire hotel, the Metropole Choir will tour the hotel's restaurants, performing melodious Christmas melodies in five languages, including French and Vietnamese, on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, for guests staying at the hotel during this festive season.

Prices range from VND 1,950,000 to VND 3,950,000 including: 6-course Christmas menu at Le Beaulieu restaurant introducing traditional French dishes for the festive season such as lobster, venison, foie gras, fresh oysters and rooster cooked with red wine; special Vietnamese menu at Spices Garden restaurant; New Year's Eve buffet at Le Club, served in two time slots; grand dinner and New Year's Eve Countdown party at 11pm at Angelina restaurant; dinner buffet at Thang Long Banquet Hall; countdown party by the outdoor swimming pool with soulful Jazz melodies and impressive fireworks display.

Christmas Day party with lunch and dinner buffets at two restaurants Le Beaulieu and Le Club. Prices range from 1,650,000 to 4,250,000 VND including: 5-course lunch and dinner buffet (including vegetarian menu) at French restaurant Le Beaulieu.
