The house of "healing"
After a long time being affected by the pandemic, in early 2022, Le Tung and his wife (Hanoi) decided to "leave the city for the sea", looking for the best natural "healing" living space for the whole family. By chance, while traveling, they found an ancient fishing village in Lo 3 Hoa Hiep Trung (Phu Tho 3), Dong Hoa, Phu Yen.
Inspired by ancient villages in peaceful dreams, Dreamville Beach is the owner's way of realizing his dream of "leaving the city for the sea"
The sea here is quiet, the living space is simple and rustic according to traditional village customs, the weather is quite mild with few storms and the finances are suitable for the family's economic capacity, so the couple bought and renovated an old house in the Dreamers style.
So a homestay in an ancient coastal village space suitable for families with young children to experience and live in a traditional fishing village space with the village children living and playing by the sea was born.
Dreamville Beach is located on the coast of Phu Yen.
The old house of Le Tung and his wife is located on the tourist route of Phu Yen province, 7 km from Tuy Hoa airport and about 15 km from the city center. Dreamville Beach cannot claim to be a "street-front house" or the most convenient resort, but that is the beauty of this place. Dreamville is right next to the sea, near the village, near the market and not too far from Phu Yen tourist attractions.
Dreamville Beach was built by Le Tung and his wife, brick by brick, stone by stone, creating their own happy place. A place with a village, a sea, a family and a heart that has been "healed" after a long time of drifting before the waves of urban streets and the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dreamville Beach is a homestay with valuable experiences in an ancient coastal fishing village.
How has the ancient coastal village been “renovated”? What makes Dreamville Beach’s style different from other accommodations?
Mentioning Le Tung - founder of Dreamers is the person who built a chain of homestays in many destinations. Dreamers at each location has a design style that is friendly to the local architecture, culture and landscape.
The old house was "renovated" by Le Tung's family with the desire to create a unique beauty compared to other accommodations, while preserving the old, rustic look typical of the old houses in the coastal fishing village of Phu Yen.
Originating as a house in an ancient coastal village, Dreamville was created with its own unique features while still retaining the old, rustic features of the local lifestyle.
Dreamville was renovated based on an ancient house in Phu Yen, which looks quite similar to houses in the North and the South Central Coast, but has a special "room" located right at the entrance to the house for gathering, welcoming and doing daily household chores. In addition, it also shows the hospitality and generosity of coastal people.
This room is also considered a communal living space for every family, a place to welcome strangers who can come in to ask for drinks and rest, or a place for mothers and sisters to weave nets, waiting for their husbands to return from the sea... Therefore, Le Tung and his wife decided to keep the current status quo, change the house's function and add details with their personal touch.
Dreamville Beach is "transformed" from traditional Vietnamese materials and recycled products, friendly to the environment and simple lifestyle of local residents.
The house is 780 square meters wide.2, of which construction occupies about 300m2The house area is divided into 4 bedrooms with quite strange names: sea room, fish room, sand room, boat room. In particular, the garden villa model has a freshwater swimming pool with extremely "chill" seats right in front of the sunny porch and the wooden fish gate typical of Dreamers.

Furthermore, the common living area with swimming pool, dining room, kitchen, and bar are all completely newly built areas. The interior of the house was made by Le Tung from old boat planks from a nearby shipyard. There is also a painting made from marine waste hanging in the most prominent corner of the house.
"This painting appears in my house as a reminder to myself, my family members and visitors not to litter the sea," Le Tung said.

Sea view room
Although the house is near the sea, Le Tung still designed a small swimming pool, renovated from the previous owner's shrimp pond. This is where his children and young guests come to swim, immerse themselves in the cool water and look out into the distance, watching fishing boats near the shore when the lights come on.
The most unique features of the house are the terracotta and ancient tiles. Terracotta is used to make the washbasin, clothes rack, and trash can. The 100-year-old tiles are "magically" transformed into a "fancy" bathtub.
Boat room
Fish room
In addition, the well of coastal people is always located in the middle of the yard, in front of the middle room of the house. This is where the men in the family often use for bathing.
The old fish sauce warehouse was also "transformed" into a kitchen and living room with a large space, without doors, ensuring ventilation and coolness, while retaining the spaciousness of the "outdoor room" now renovated into the master bedroom.

Sand room
The entire project was renovated and completed in 100 days at a cost of 900 million VND. From the moment they entered the new space, Le Tung and his wife and children felt more comfortable, enjoying the fresh air of Phu Yen coastal area.
Dreamville Beach and the message it wants to convey
The house is considered a gift from Le Tung and his wife to their children, so that the children can live with nature, feel the breath of the countryside, and learn things that in the bustling capital they can only see through screens or books.
Recycled materials used as decorations suddenly become eye-catching
Unique, colorful swimming pool tiles
When asked by Travellive what he wanted to convey through the Dreamville Beach homestay, Le Tung shared: “There are three things I want to convey through Dreamville. First, wherever there is family, there is always home. Second, traditional values are always great materials that create unique personal identities for each person, each painting, each project. And finally, 'golden forests and silver seas'. Vietnam's marine resources are very precious. The way Dreamville is decorated based on recycled and reused materials (old wooden furniture, old tiles, recycled trash paintings) is a way to remind everyone to love and join hands more for the marine environment.”
Children playing in the yard of the house
Dreamville Beach was born to create a unique beauty, while preserving and maintaining the old features of the hundred-year-old house. With Le Tung, children will be able to listen to the roar or the sound of the waves hitting the side of the boat, that sound will resonate and linger in the heart.
For Le Tung and his wife, this house is like a gift for their children to have real experiences, live in harmony with nature, and feel the fresh breath of the ocean.
“My children will grow up with the purest, happiest memories and beautiful baggage in life,” said Le Tung.
