Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh won first prize in the Golden Spoon regional competition in the Red River Delta.

With a menu rich in rustic flavors and characteristic ingredients of the Northern Delta region, Chef Phi and his team of chefs from the most beautiful resort in the North skillfully showcased the culinary messages and colors of Ninh Binh, perfectly combining delicious traditional flavors with unique creativity.

The signature dishes on the menu that won first prize in the Red River Delta include Goat sashimi with lime and snakehead fish soup from Tong Truong, Eel in bamboo tubes served with fresh rice noodles and herbs, Grilled Ninh Binh goat served with potato cakes and soy sauce, and Glutinous rice balls with bird's nest filling.
