Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh won first prize in the Golden Spoon contest in the Red River Delta region.

On the afternoon of September 27, Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh won the regional First Prize and became a representative of the North to continue competing with talented Vietnamese chefs in the Golden Spoon 2016 contest.

 

 

With a menu rich in the flavors of the countryside and typical ingredients of the Northern Delta, Chef Phi and his team of chefs from the most beautiful resort in the North have skillfully expressed the messages and colors of Ninh Binh cuisine, perfectly combining delicious traditional flavors and unique creativity.

 

 

The special dishes in the menu that won the First Prize of the Red River Delta include Goat with lemon and Tong Truong perch soup, Eel in bamboo tube served with fresh vermicelli and herbs, Grilled Ninh Binh goat served with potato cakes and soy sauce, and Sweet rice dumplings with bird's nest filling.
