Flamingo Cat Ba Resort – Rediscovering the freshness in your soul

After missing out on Cat Ba a couple of times, my group decided to visit Flamingo Cat Ba Resort, a place blessed by nature with clean, beautiful beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and long stretches of soft white sand that are incredibly charming.

One particular feature that caught my attention was the charming wooden bungalows at the resort, including the luxurious and comfortable Seafront and Seaview bungalows, nestled against the mountains and facing the sea. Since we were a large group, we chose the Seaview House – a traditional stilt house with spacious interiors and stunning bay views, offering a unique and picturesque blend of mountains and sea.

In the afternoon, after playing in the sand, frolicking, swimming, and taking photos to our heart's content, we spent hours kayaking and windsurfing to admire and enjoy the majestic beauty of the mountains, or trying our hand at volleyball and soccer on the beach. As the sun set, you can spend hours relaxing on the beach deck, listening to the gentle breeze and the soothing sound of the waves, and immersing yourself in the clear, refreshing blue water.

At night, amidst the gentle sound of waves and the distinctive salty scent of the sea breeze, we enjoyed an intimate BBQ party with lively team-building games. If you want to admire thousands of islands while enjoying local specialties, you can visit the Rock & Sea restaurant, considered the highlight of this resort.

Returning to nature evokes different feelings in each person, but for me, the journey to Flamingo Cat Ba Resort was about rediscovering myself, finding the freshness in my soul that I had carelessly neglected for so long, a part of what makes up the "romance" in each individual.
