Chef Thomas has over two decades of experience working at some of the world's leading restaurants, hotels and resorts, including Hyatt Regency, Outrigger & Ohana, Metropolitan Club, Crowner Plaza, Barbette Restaurant and Luncheon Club.

In order to enrich his experience, Chef Thomas decided to start his culinary journey in Vietnam - a country that he fell in love with from the culture, people to the flavors that are typical of Asia. Thomas wishes to bring a completely new approach, a sophisticated culinary innovation with the experience accumulated from 10 years of working with leading restaurant and hotel brands including Banyan Tree, Six Senses Resort, Imperial Hotel, Viet Thai International Joint Stock Company (the company that owns Highland Coffee, Hard Rock Café and Armani Café chains).

Sharing about his new position, Chef Thomas said: “I am honored to be part of the wonderful culinary team at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, and I am extremely excited about the opportunity to create and launch attractive menus with flavors of 5 continents”. In the coming time, with the companionship of Chef Thomas, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort will certainly bring visitors wonderful culinary experiences.
