From December 15th to 17th, FLC Group launched the first phase of its recruitment drive to meet the upcoming operational needs of the FLC Quy Nhon high-end golf course, resort, villa, and entertainment complex after its opening in the first quarter of 2016.

The job fair was a great success, with the participation of the Job Placement Center under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Dinh province, Hanoi International Vocational College, and attracting more than 1600 local workers. After 3 days of interviews, FLC Group selected 700 candidates aged 18-35 for the reception, kitchen, restaurant, security, and caddie departments. These candidates will participate in training courses on professional skills, customer service skills, and conversational English, including both theory and practice, at the Group's existing resorts to ensure they are confident and proficient in their profession upon the opening of the resort complex. Upon completion of the training, this workforce will undergo a 2-week internship at the FLC Sam Son Eco-tourism Resort Complex in Sam Son town, Thanh Hoa province, before starting work at FLC Quy Nhon.
