Premier Village Ha Long Bay Resort opened in 2019. It's easily accessible from the main roads in Ha Long City. After days of sailing the seas, the Amazing Tour 7 group, along with their companions, the new generation Ford Territory, chose this as their destination. As the sun reached its zenith and the wind died down at midday, the air in the coastal city seemed to thicken in the golden sunlight. The resort gently welcomed the group in a refreshing setting, surrounded by leafy trees, with the distant sound of the waves, relieving the burdens of their long journey. The resort is shaped like a fan, resembling a seashell. The villas inside are pristine white, like precious pearls nestled on the golden sands of the beach. When opened, they reveal a shimmering array of colors, reflecting the joyful spirit within.

Relaxing green space

Embrace the fresh sea air and lush green surroundings. This luxurious resort is like an oasis, a place where travelers can relax, unwind, and forget the stresses of their journey. Upon arrival, the Amazing Tour 7 group was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Their luggage was transferred to their villa, allowing guests more time to rest.

Perhaps every traveler who arrives here will be impressed by the peaceful scenery. It's like a quiet world, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the harbor and the tourist city of Ha Long. The villas are also cleverly arranged with stone-paved entrances and green hedges surrounding them. Each villa is not too far apart to encourage camaraderie, but not too close to provide ample space for relaxation. As the tour group strolled around the resort, the sun was setting. The sun, round and golden-orange like an egg yolk, reflected the twilight on the beach, bathing the resort in an orange hue. The sky was a pale blue, dotted with a few pink clouds. Walking around the resort, they breathed in the fresh air, filling their lungs. Out at sea, the waves followed one another in ever-changing shades of blue, and the setting sun constantly transformed the waves, bringing in the sea breeze that invigorated the travelers.

Exquisite local cuisine

The Amazing Tour 7 group had lunch and dinner at Premier Village Ha Long Bay Resort. All dishes were prepared in a local culinary style, with a touch of innovation.

Lunch at The Market restaurant, located in the heart of the resort, right next to the infinity pool, offers a spacious setting with a capacity of up to 365 seats. With a direct view of the sea, the tour group can enjoy their meal while admiring the calm, azure ocean. The most noteworthy dishes are abalone soup, fried shrimp with salted egg sauce, and Ha Long squid soup. All the seafood ingredients are caught in Quang Ninh, ensuring exceptional freshness and rich, authentic flavors of the coast. The Ha Long squid soup, with its subtly tangy and delicate flavor, helps travelers overcome any loss of appetite after a long journey.

Enjoy an outdoor dinner at Corallo restaurant, with its wooden lobby and panoramic sea views. A selection of local dishes are served. The seafood is excellent and generously portioned, including dishes like blood cockle salad, salt-cured mantis shrimp, and grilled squid with chili and salt. The most impressive dishes are the steamed sea bass with fermented soybean paste and the fisherman's-style clam soup. The local dishes are skillfully prepared, retaining their appealing local flavors while also offering a luxurious dining experience. Without trying these dishes, you probably haven't truly experienced the delicious cuisine of Ha Long.

Following dinner, there was an outdoor cocktail party. The tour group witnessed impressive cocktail mixing by the bartender right at the bar. As night fell in this seaside city, enjoying a warm cocktail and then drifting off into a peaceful sleep was the perfect ending to a day here.
