Premier Village Ha Long Bay Resort was opened in 2019. Visitors can easily find their way here from the main road in Ha Long city. Lunch at The Market restaurant located in the middle of the resort, next to the infinity pool. Spacious space, with a capacity of up to 365 seats. With a direct view of the sea, the tour group can dine while watching the blue, calm sea. The most notable dishes of the meal are abalone soup, fried shrimp with salted egg sauce and Ha Long squid soup. The seafood ingredients are all caught in Quang Ninh so they are extremely fresh, with a rich flavor of the sea. Ha Long squid soup is made with a light, delicate sour taste to help travelers dispel the feeling of loss of appetite, after a long journey.

Outdoor dinner at Corallo restaurant, wooden lobby space, high view, the whole sea. Local style dishes are served one by one. The seafood dishes are all excellent, full such as blood cockle salad, mantis shrimp marinated in seafood salt, grilled squid with salt and chili... The most impressive dishes are sea bass with tamarind sauce and clam soup cooked on fishing boats. Local style dishes are skillfully handled, still retaining the attractive local flavor, also bringing a luxurious dining experience to customers. Without trying the above dishes, perhaps we do not understand how delicious Ha Long cuisine is.

Following dinner, there was an outdoor cocktail party. The tour group witnessed impressive mixes from the bartender right at the counter.
