In this position, Mr. Tobias will manage the restaurants and bars at the resort, of which Avenue is the main restaurant and three bars: Annex – Lobby Bar, Azure – Pool Bar and Alumi – VIP Lounge Area.

After graduating from a hotel management program in Germany, Mr. Tobias has held many positions throughout his career at hotels and resorts in Germany and China with 10 years of experience. Most recently, he was the culinary director of Melia Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao, China. “With his experience and knowledge working at large hotel groups, I believe that Mr. Tobias will bring many new experiences to the culinary department of Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc,” said Mr. Prakash Ganesan, Deputy General Director of the resort.
