In this role, Tobias will manage the resort's restaurants and bars, with Avenue being the main restaurant and three bars: Annex – the lobby bar, Azure – the pool bar, and Alumi – the VIP lounge area.

After graduating in hotel management in Germany, Mr. Tobias held various positions throughout his career at hotels and resorts in Germany and China, accumulating 10 years of experience. Most recently, he served as the Food and Beverage Director at the Melia Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao in China. “With his experience and knowledge gained from working at major hotel groups, I believe Mr. Tobias will bring many new and exciting experiences to the culinary department of Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc,” commented Mr. Prakash Ganesan, Deputy General Manager of the resort.
