The Hoa Co Villas resort complex, with a total area of 2600 m2, is located on the road connecting Hoi An ancient town and the beautiful Cua Dai beach, only about 2km from the center of the ancient town. The 6 villas, with a total of 30 guest rooms (5 rooms per villa), each measuring 40 m2, are designed harmoniously, blending classic and modern styles with exquisite wooden interiors. They reflect the rich cultural heritage of Hoi An through characteristic touches such as oil paintings and Hoi An lanterns. The spaces are close to nature, and the amenities in each room are meticulously cared for to provide guests with a thoughtful and relaxing experience. Through this, guests can feel the warmth and genuine hospitality of the people of Quang Nam province in welcoming and caring for visitors from afar.
Additionally, each villa features an 80m² living and dining room, perfect for family gatherings over breakfast or dinner, sharing stories of their day exploring this ancient land. Each villa also boasts a private 36m² swimming pool where guests can immerse themselves in the cool water, escaping the summer heat. Surrounding the pool is a spacious garden area ideal for hosting a cozy BBQ party with family and friends every evening.
A variety of culinary services are also available at Hoa Co Villas' restaurant or in guests' private villa areas, depending on their requirements: from casual dishes to celebratory meals, themed parties, etc.
The price for one room in the villa is 1,150,000++ VND/room/night, and the price for renting the entire villa with 5 bedrooms is 5,000,000++ VND/night (including accommodation and breakfast at Hoa Co Villas).
Specifically, Hoa Co Villas has partnered with the 5-star Palm Garden Resort (www.palmgardenresort.com.vn) to offer guests more upscale services. The partnership price for a stay at Hoa Co Villas and buffet breakfast at Palm Garden Resort is only 1,640,000++ VND/room/night or 7,250,000++ VND/5-room villa/night. Additionally, as part of this partnership program, Hoa Co Villas is offering two types of service vouchers including a 2-night stay and BBQ party at Hoa Co Villas and breakfast at Palm Garden Resort, valid for 12 months until August 31, 2018.
