On the morning of February 10th, at the Nghênh Lương Đình – Phu Văn Lâu area, the Hue Imperial Apricot Blossom Association held the opening ceremony of the 4th Hue Imperial Apricot Blossom Festival in 2026, marking the beginning of a series of spring festivals within the framework of the city's Four Seasons Festival.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, a representative of the Hue Apricot Blossom Association emphasized: Hue is not only a land of heritage, but also a serene and profound cultural space where people live slowly, thoughtfully, and cherish traditional values. Within this cultural flow, the Hue apricot blossom is not simply a flower of Tet (Lunar New Year), but has become a symbol of the refined, enduring, and elegant lifestyle of the people of Hue. For generations, the golden hue of the apricot blossom has been present in front of gates, in gardens, and on verandas, like a gentle, unpretentious yet deeply ingrained greeting to spring.

In implementing the project "Building Hue into the Land of Golden Apricot Blossoms of Vietnam," with the agreement of the Hue City People's Committee, the Hue Apricot Blossom Association will continue to preside over the 4th Hue Apricot Blossom Festival – 2026. The festival will take place over 10 days, from February 4th to 14th, 2026 (corresponding to the 17th to 27th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Snake), contributing to creating a traditional Tet atmosphere rich in Hue's cultural identity, and serving as an important highlight in the city's spring festival activities.
