Green House, a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine, will be hosting an Italian buffet twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday in August, and once a week every Saturday from September to the end of the year. The buffet will run from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, priced at VND 790,000 per person, including half a bottle of wine or two bottles of Peroni beer. The restaurant also features a children's play area where young guests can enjoy themselves while their parents dine.

The restaurant has also revamped its daily à la carte menu, adding some fantastic Italian dishes, including Amatriciana pasta, flat pasta with lamb stew, and fresh Tuscan beef. Green House's head chef, Marco Pistillo, also offers signature pizzas such as Hawaiian Pizza, Tomato Pizza, Minced Chicken Pizza, and Pork Sausage & Corn Pizza. This new menu will launch in August and will be available throughout the summer.

Beach House restaurant will be offering a "Surf and Turf" menu every Thursday evening, featuring three exquisite dishes at attractive prices: duck and shrimp for VND 800,000, Iberico pork and sea bass for VND 900,000, and American beef tenderloin and lobster for VND 1,700,000. Each dish is suitable for two people, and the price includes two glasses of white or red wine.
