Right from the entrance, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The check-in procedure was done quickly and I was taken to the room on the Executive floor. The room is a perfect combination of traditional beauty and modern amenities. Fully equipped, simple but sophisticated design not only ensures to satisfy any demanding guests but also gives me a comfortable feeling like at home. A series of special offers when staying on the Executive floor made me extremely satisfied such as personal check-in and check-out, free shoe polishing, breakfast served at the swimming pool or a cocktail after a long day of work...

Besides the convenience of staying, Fortuna Hotel also brought me small but interesting surprises from the enthusiasm of the hotel staff when answering questions or helping me reserve a room. Or more special, on my birthday, I received a small cake as soon as I arrived with a handwritten card from the hotel manager. That beautiful act left me with a deep impression of the hotel's respect for its customers.

At Fortuna, I can easily find unique and attractive culinary options from the restaurant system. Tifin Restaurant, a luxurious destination for receptions, serves local specialties and unique European and Asian dishes. Emperor Restaurant is where I can enjoy sophisticated culinary experiences with a little variation in Japanese dishes. And finally, May Man Restaurant is where I can enjoy the essence of Dim Sum dishes in a splendid space.

For meetings that require comfortable space and increased creativity, the meeting room system is designed to meet different needs, with an area of ​​over 2000m2 including 2 luxurious ballrooms and 6 fully equipped function rooms with a capacity of up to 800 guests, making it an ideal place for businessmen and business travelers.
