The solemn ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Bernold Schroeder, CEO of PPHG Group, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism, ambassadors, business partners and press agencies.

The Pan Pacific Hanoi Hotel comprises 273 guest rooms and 56 serviced apartments, situated in a prime location overlooking the picturesque West Lake, Truc Bach Lake, and the Red River. With its unique stepped architecture, the building is considered one of the city's elegant landmarks.

Pan Pacific Hanoi is the Group's second hotel in Vietnam, following ParkRoyal Saigon. Pan Pacific Hanoi adds value to PPHG's chain of luxury hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments in Indochina – alongside ParkRoyal Saigon, ParkRoyal Yangon, ParkRoyal Nay Pyi Taw, and Pan Pacific Yangon, which will officially open in 2017 – and is part of the Group's expansion plan in this market.
