Discover unique Greek cuisine in the middle of Saigon

Greek-Australian chef George Diakomichalis of the popular TV show "It's all Greek to me" will host a Greek buffet dinner, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from October 6 to 15 at the Equatorial Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

The party will bring diners the traditional and famous dishes of the mythical land of Greece. Among them, the highlights are appetizers such as Horiatiki salad, Fassolatha white bean soup, Tzatziki yogurt sauce, Skordalia garlic mashed potatoes, Kalamta olives, Feta white cheese and Pita bread.

A Greek feast would not be complete without special main dishes such as Stifado beef stew, Souvlaki skewers, Kokkinista tomato meatballs, Saganaki shrimp tomato sauce with cheese, eggplant Moussaka and Spanakopita.

 

 

In addition, diners have the opportunity to enjoy rich desserts from many European countries such as famous Turkish Baklava, Loukoumades honey donuts, Koq custard cake with fragrant chocolate layer, Rizogalo rice pudding with sweet cinnamon flavor...
