The opportunity to explore the cuisine from this land of endless blue skies will be brought to diners by Windsor Plaza Hotel at the Mongolian Food Festival held at the hotel's Café Central An Dong restaurant from April 20 to April 29, 2018.

During the festival, two guest chefs from the capital city of Ulaanbaatar will prepare and present traditional Mongolian delicacies at the restaurant’s lunch and dinner buffets. Mr. Dagvadorj Lkhagva is currently the Head Chef, and Mr. Usbold Tumurbaatar is the Head Chef of Blue Sky Hotel & Tower.
