Discover the culinary program at the Rex Hotel.

With nearly 15 years of experience working across Asia and Europe, Jakub Szalajko came to Vietnam with a desire to share the diverse culinary styles of the regions he had visited. Focusing on the freshness of ingredients and adding a touch of flavor to dishes, the idea for the Carving Station program at Rooftop Garden Bar was conceived to introduce these culinary delights to Saigon diners.

Choose one of two main carving dishes to your liking, and enjoy it with four types of salad and salmon. The program officially launched on April 30th & May 1st and is available weekly on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:00 PM. Price: VND 1,500,000++/ set.
