The Tam Thanh beach resort complex features 16 standard villa rooms; a service block including a 150-seat restaurant called Ocean Breeze, a Tam Thanh conference room with a capacity of 50 seats; a Wellness spa with 6 treatment rooms, sauna and jacuzzi; and a large central swimming pool overlooking the sea. The project was completed after one year of construction with a total investment of 29 billion 635 million VND.
