In its 15th annual awards ceremony, TripAdvisor highlighted the world's top hotels based on millions of reviews and opinions from travelers worldwide over the course of a year. Award-winning hotels were recognized in categories including Top Hotels, Luxury, Bargain, Small, Service, B&Bs and Inns, Romance, and Family. The criteria for winning the Travelers' Choice award were excellent service, value, and quality.
