Located in a discreet location on the pearl island of Phu Quoc, La Veranda Resort is a classic French villa located on a beautiful long beach and covered by a fresh and peaceful tropical garden. With an architectural style inspired by French colonial culture, this luxury resort and hotel is aimed at tourists who love the sun and wind of the island and the peace and wild beauty of the tropical coast.
On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, La Veranda Resort is also pleased to receive the Luxury Beachfront Boutique Hotel of the Year 2016 award from Luxury Travel Guide magazine. This award is once again a testament to the beautiful, unique architecture and high-class service at La Veranda.
One of the most important contributions is the contribution of each La Veranda employee – who every day puts all their heart and hospitality into their work to bring the most comfort to visitors while creating a peaceful, romantic space, giving visitors memorable experiences.

7:00 –Thao, Housekeeping staff
“I display fresh flowers and fruits and make sure the room is clean and fresh before 7am every day so that guests can check in at noon. I want guests to smell the sweet scent of these beautiful tropical flowers as soon as they enter the room.”

8:30 – Kieu, Pastry Chef
“My job is to prepare a traditional French breakfast for our guests. We pride ourselves on our Pain Au Chocolate and Croissant. As soon as the bread is ready, we welcome the first diners to the restaurant. The fragrant smell of the bread is like a way to awaken the taste buds of guests after a long night's sleep. I love going around the tables, welcoming guests and serving them the most delicious bread.”

10:00 – Thang, Gardener
“Every day, I am very busy from 10am to 2pm. I spend a lot of time carefully selecting and harvesting the freshest vegetables and fruits from the 1,000m2 organic vegetable garden right at the resort. As an unannounced appointment, the chef will come to the vegetable garden at 2pm and I will give him the vegetables and fruits to prepare dinner for the guests.”

10:00 – An, Receptionist
“We usually have guests check in from around 2pm. For the convenience of our guests, we invite them to check in at the bar instead of at the front desk. At Le Bar, guests can relax, enjoy specially prepared welcome drinks and look out over a beautiful long beach with white sand and clear blue water.”

19:00 – Till, Chef
“I really enjoy every evening working here, especially seeing the guests excited and happy when I prepare food on an old French trolley right at their table (Chef-at-Your Table).I love telling them interesting stories about food.”
