In the early 1930s, the French chose Ba Vi to build a resort for the French. French architecture still leaves a strong mark in Ba Vi through the remaining ruins to this day. The vegetables and food used in Le Mont's restaurant are entirely local products. The food is grown directly in Le Mont. All are naturally nourished in the fresh air of the mountains and forests.
