This is a traditional annual event of the hotel, marking the beginning of a vibrant festive season leading up to the New Year 2018 and also an opportunity for guests to immerse themselves in the lively Christmas atmosphere. As the event's theme of hope suggests, a charity fundraising program was organized to help disabled children at the Da Nang Red Cross Vocational Training Center, ensuring they have a fulfilling and loving Christmas and New Year.
The event provided all guests and media with a vibrant and unique Christmas atmosphere, featuring many special activities. Distinguished guests enjoyed light refreshments and a choir performance by the hotel's choir. The hotel's General Manager, Mr. Tim Quarm, also extended his best wishes to all attendees in a joyful and festive atmosphere.
To kick off the event, Mr. Tim Quarm donated 5,000,000 VND to the Career Guidance Center. Applause marked the moment the Christmas tree was lit – a symbol and testament to the joy and spirit of sharing that Christmas always brings. The conical hat – a distinctive feature of Vietnam – transformed by talented artists into a unique and novel Christmas tree decoration, is still being sold in the hotel lobby. Priced at 70,000 VND each, all proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross before December 30th.
Following the success of the event, Novotel Danang Premier Han River Hotel is offering guests who contributed to the charity event a special discount on the BBQ Buffet (evening of December 15th) at Square Restaurant.
