Melia Hanoi receives the award for ideal hotel for MICE activities in Hanoi.

MICE is an acronym for four words: Meeting, Incentive, Conventions, and Exhibition. MICE tourism, a type of tourism that combines leisure with these activities, is creating significant value for the tourism industry and is being actively developed by many countries, including Vietnam.

Ms. Nguyen Chau Dung – Sales Director of Melia Hanoi Hotel – received the Best MICE Hotel award at The Guide Awards ceremony.

To arrive at the final results from numerous promising candidates, the organizing committee – The Guide magazine of the Economic Times – conducted a survey on the quality of products and services in the tourism and hospitality industry in 2015-2016.
