Currently, Miyagi Shop offers Vietnamese consumers over 100 different product items, ranging from confectionery and seafood such as oysters, clams, and fish to packaged dried foods and instant meals. Beauty products are also widely available.
Miyagi Shop was opened with the aim of supporting businesses that suffered losses after the 2011 tsunami and earthquake disaster, and to facilitate the expansion of the prefecture's products to the international market.
To date, the Miyagi Shop program has been held four times, once a year. In 2015, it was held at Aeon Mall Long Bien - Hanoi, in 2016 at Aeon Mall Binh Tan - Ho Chi Minh City, and from 2017 to the present, it has been continuously held at Aeon Mall Tan Phu - Ho Chi Minh City. Miyagi's products have truly satisfied Vietnamese consumers in terms of both quality and variety. In addition, reasonable prices are also a strong point of the shop.
