Lotus Box
The cake box was inspired and prototyped from the oil painting of the Lotus by the famous artist Nguyen Huu Khoa (commonly known as the artist Com). The Lotus painting depicts the West Lake Lotus, a special type of lotus that only exists in Hanoi's West Lake, with many layers of petals, yellow pistils and a sweet fragrance. Every year, this type of flower is very rare and hard to find. Hanoians who are connoisseurs of flowers often highly value the West Lake Lotus, because this flower is completely different from the Quy flower - which has a similar shape to the lotus, but has fewer layers of petals and no fragrance. The digital version of the Lotus painting was used by Pullman Hanoi for the box design with the permission of the author.
The 'Sen' box includes 6 cakes with typical flavors: Salted Egg Lotus, Pandan Leaves with Fresh Milk Cream, Apricot Green Tea, Mixed, Japanese Soft Taro Omochi, Rose Petal Pomegranate Filling. Each box of cake costs 660,000 VND (including VAT and service charge).

"Lover" Box
With a box made of Vietnamese lacquer, it brings an elegant and graceful feeling. Inside the box are 4 cakes with 4 different flavors: Salted Egg Sen, Apricot Green Tea, Japanese Soft Omochi Taro, Rose Petal Pomegranate, and a package of rose petal Shan Tuyet tea. This type of tea is grown in Van Chan district, Yen Bai province at an altitude of 1000 meters, with a carefully inspected process. Shan Tuyet tea is taken from the leaves of ancient Shan tea trees, so the tea has a sweet and pure aftertaste. Each box of "lover" cakes costs 990,000 VND (including VAT and service charge).
In particular, Pullman Hanoi offers specific incentives for customers: 5% discount when buying from 20-49 boxes, 10% discount when buying from 50-99 boxes, 15% discount when buying from 100-249 boxes, 20% discount when buying from 250 boxes or more.
