According to the feedback, eating at such a budget-friendly restaurant was expensive. Furthermore, the shrimp, although resembling green prawns, were only the size of a child's little finger. The snail and banana dish only contained snails and bananas, with no beans. The catfish soup was indistinguishable from frozen catfish and was undercooked. The chicken, ordered as a whole chicken, only filled a small plate.

Regarding the incident, a representative from 100 Huy Hanh restaurant stated that the restaurant does not overcharge customers.

"For river shrimp alone, we buy them at 500,000 VND/kg, and the goby fish is also purchased directly from fishermen. All the ingredients used in the restaurant's dishes are sourced from reputable suppliers. When the group of customers arrived, they asked for a dish and inquired about the price."

After finishing their meal, they paid and chatted happily. Even the tour leader promised to meet us again in Ha Long sometime. When we received feedback, the restaurant was very stressed," the restaurant representative said.

Speaking to reporters, a representative of the Pha Lai Ward People's Committee said that immediately after receiving the complaint, the relevant authorities went to the restaurant to inspect and verify the information.

"Initial inspection results show that the restaurant did not overcharge customers; the group of customers and the restaurant had an agreement and paid the bill, but someone later posted about it," the representative said.

It is understood that the People's Committee of Chi Linh City has issued a directive to investigate and verify the complaints in order to protect consumer rights and seriously rectify business activities that do not comply with regulations.
