View Hong Kong from above

11/03/2019

With more than 7,800 high-rise buildings, Hong Kong seems to tower above all other bustling cities. The image of skyscrapers next to each other has also become a characteristic of this place.

Hong Kongers' daily lives always begin in their apartments. Living space is scarce here, so most people live in high-rise residential buildings, ranging from twenty to forty stories high and more.

These apartments average around 50 square metres in size. Such small spaces are one of the reasons why Hong Kongers spend so much time out of the house, eating out with friends, or even staying at work.
