Starwood Career Fair 2014 is a talent attraction strategy for Starwood Group, aiming at aspirations, creating opportunities for talents who want to join the Group. This event strengthens the strength of nine Starwood brands and offers career opportunities at Starwood not only locally but also expanding regionally and globally.
Starwood Career Fair opens the door to new positions across the division, adding more than 25,000 employees at all levels and positions in 2014. Sheraton Hanoi Hotel is one of 120 hotels located across major cities where Starwood Career Fairs have been held, including: Bangkok, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New Delhi, Seoul, and Kuala Lumpur.
The response to the event in Hanoi contributes to the strong development of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, continuing to grow in the Asia Pacific region. Starwood Asia Pacific currently has more than 260 hotels in operation and is preparing to open 200 more hotels in the near future. Currently, the group has announced the opening of more than 30 hotels in the region in 2014 – an average of one hotel opening every 12 days.
