Epic Evening Brunch
The "Evening Brunch" concept, born at Hôtel des Arts Saigon, is a grand buffet combined with fine wines, designed for those who enjoy a carefree and indulgent lifestyle. This year, with the superb collaboration of Vân Anh and her partner DJ Mark Olsen, the "EPIC EVENING BRUNCH" promises a vibrant yet sophisticated and classy atmosphere for a lavish dinner at the Social Club restaurant.

Taste of Australia Perfect Pairings
This is one of two artistic events that the hotel is collaborating with the Australian Embassy on as part of the "A Taste of Australia" Australian food week. Artist Van Anh will perform solo classical pieces of her own choosing. Wine and food are a sophisticated pairing, but the combination of music and fine wines will surprise guests with one delightful experience after another. Attendees will be immersed in soothing music while enjoying premium wines and the finest Australian cuisine.

Pop Alchemy
Experience the exquisite blend of classical music and the vibrant energy of contemporary hits by Adele, Demi Lovato, Sam Smith, and others, crafted by artist and composer Van-Anh Nguyen. This is also part of a series of events launching Van-Anh's new album, "Pop Alchemy," featuring 12 captivating musical pieces. As listeners immerse themselves in the melodies of each piece, they will be treated to a fine wine and a light snack perfectly suited to the musical style.
