Like a garden of flavors offering traditional Vietnamese dishes in a modern and innovative style, Spice Garden reopened its doors to diners in a soft opening event in early August 2023 with an à la-minute menu prepared upon order, replacing the previous buffet option.

Reopening this time, Spice Garden introduces a brand new menu featuring authentic Vietnamese dishes from all regions, especially Northern Vietnamese cuisine. Using the freshest, highest-quality seasonal ingredients from leading suppliers, along with organic and sustainably certified ingredients and spices, Spice Garden promises to offer diners an unforgettable culinary experience.

Typical dishes on Spice Garden's extensive menu include Hanoi-style fried spring rolls, roasted pigeon, and salted egg yolk fried shrimp. The diverse beverage selection includes Northern Vietnamese tea specialties such as ancient Shan Tuyet tea, ancient Suoi Giang Shan Tuyet yellow tea, white lotus tea, along with many herbal cocktails and Spice Garden's signature drinks.
Spice Garden's interior has also been given a new look with a warmer, more inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has two private rooms for groups of guests who need privacy. All tableware, plates, and glasses have been replaced. Tablecloths, napkins, and decorative handcrafted ceramics all feature earthy brown tones that complement the elegant and airy space, which benefits from the use of natural light.
