Like a garden of flavors with traditional Vietnamese dishes in a fresh modern style, Spice Garden has reopened to welcome diners in a soft opening event in early August 2023 with an à la minute menu prepared upon ordering, instead of the previous buffet option.

This time, Spice Garden has introduced a completely new menu with many dishes with bold Vietnamese flavors from all regions, especially Northern cuisine. Using the freshest, highest quality seasonal ingredients from leading suppliers, along with organic and sustainably certified ingredients and spices, Spice Garden promises to bring diners an unforgettable culinary experience.

Typical of Spice Garden's rich menu are Hanoi fried spring rolls, roasted pigeon, salted egg fried shrimp. Diverse drinks include Northern tea specialties such as ancient Shan Tuyet tea leaves, ancient Shan Tuyet tea from Suoi Giang, white lotus tea along with many herbal cocktails and special drinks of Spice Garden.
Spice Garden's interior also has a new look with a more cozy space. The restaurant has two private rooms for groups of guests who need privacy. All tableware, dishes, cups and glasses have been replaced with new ones. Tablecloths, napkins, and decorative handmade ceramics are all in earthy brown tones, suitable for an elegant, airy space thanks to the use of natural light.
