Tourism Malaysia launches Malaysia Year-End Sale 2024 (MYES 2024) to bring convenience and enhance shopping experience, creating more joy and value for tourists.

This is also an ideal event for tourists to enjoy shopping in a country with many high-end shopping centers, a variety of goods and experience enjoying unique Malaysian cuisine.

Accordingly, the Malaysia Year-End Sale 2024 will run from 15 November 2024 to 1 January 2025. This promotion includes the collaboration of more than 60 shopping malls and tourism partners across Malaysia.

MYES 2024 emphasizes efforts to simplify and enhance the shopping experience for all visitors. Shopping and dining activities become more enjoyable with a variety of entertainment and relaxation activities at modern shopping centers and take place across the country.

The program includes great deals and discounts of up to 90% across shopping malls, retail stores, accommodation, airlines, and Midnight Sales Events. A total of seven leading shopping malls are ready to host Midnight Sales Events in conjunction with the Malaysia Year-End Sale, giving visitors the opportunity to shop from early morning until late at night. The shopping malls include: Sutera Mall Johor Bahru, The Exchange TRX, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang, Freeport A'Farmosa Outlet Park, Noor Arfa Craft Complex, Aeon Mall Tebrau City, and Aeon Mall Kota Bharu.

Vietnam is a major source of tourists for Malaysia, with 164 flights operating between the two countries every week. In the first 10 months of this year, more than 288,000 Vietnamese tourists visited Malaysia. New direct flights connecting destinations such as Da Nang, Da Lat and Ho Chi Minh City to Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu are expected to boost tourism further, especially during the year-end sales season in Malaysia.
