Mid-Autumn Festival or Moon Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month in Vietnam and East Asian and Southeast Asian countries such as China, Korea, Mongolia, Singapore... According to Vietnamese customs, Mid-Autumn Festival is an occasion for the whole family to gather together, children to enjoy many special activities such as lantern processions, lion dances, feasts... The traditional dish is moon cake.
