According to the clip, the group of tourists divided into many teams to play a water game. According to the rules, everyone was allowed to use any tool to scoop water, the team with the most water would win.
There would be nothing to say when the group of tourists used hats, scarves... to participate in the game. But during this process, some female tourists took off their bras, much to the surprise of other tourists. It is worth mentioning that at this time, Cua Lo beach had many tourists from all over the world, including many children swimming in the sea. When the clip was shared, it attracted many comments in a short time.

Regarding the incident, Mr. Hoang Thanh Son, Head of the Department of Culture, Cua Lo town, said that this was a group of tourists from Phu Tho who came to rent a room, swim in the sea, and go sightseeing on the afternoon of July 27.
“After seeing the clip on social media, we contacted the Phu Tho tourist group to invite them to work, but have not received any response. The tourist group organizing games on Cua Lo beach like that is really offensive,” said Mr. Son.
