9 French food companies will attend Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019

From April 24 to April 26, within the framework of the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 International Exhibition, 9 French companies in the agriculture and food technology sector and distributors of French products in Vietnam will be present at the French Pavilion. This event is held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, SECC, Ho Chi Minh City.

The agricultural and food technology sector is one of France's key industries. France ranks 6th in the world in terms of food and beverage exports, with an export value of 73 billion USD in 2018, an increase of 6.5% compared to 2017. Among the sectors in which France is always among the world leaders are wine and spirits, dairy products and processed vegetables.

Many new brands and products will be displayed at the French Pavilion at Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019. Visitors to the exhibition can discover new product lines from the French market, thereby seeing trendy trends, new flavors full of dynamism and creativity that French businesses bring to the exhibition. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the French culinary industry through dairy products, meat, cold cuts, cooking ingredients, premium spices, pastries as well as champagne.

The French pavilion will feature a cooking demonstration by French master chef Olivier Génique throughout the exhibition.
