Agriculture and food technology are among France's key sectors. France ranks 6th in the world for food and beverage exports, with export value reaching US$73 billion in 2018, a 6.5% increase from 2017. Among the sectors where France consistently ranks among the world leaders are wine and spirits, dairy products, and processed vegetables.

Many new brands and products will be showcased at the French Pavilion at the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 exhibition. Visitors can discover new product lines from the French market, witnessing trendy styles and dynamic, innovative flavors brought to the exhibition by French businesses. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore French cuisine through dairy products, meat, cold cuts, cooking ingredients, premium spices, pastries, and champagne.
The French pavilion will feature a cooking demonstration by Master Chef Olivier Génique of France throughout the exhibition.
