From 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on August 24-25, 2015, the highland market will be recreated in the garden of the Metropole Hanoi Hotel with a full range of handicrafts and souvenirs. 11 H'Mong ethnic people from Lao Chai, Sapa will bring the atmosphere of the mountains and forests to Hanoi with their own handmade products such as brocade, silver jewelry and other handicrafts.

In the spirit of supporting Community-Based Tourism, the Metropole Hanoi Hotel proposes a new initiative, allowing 11 representatives from the Black Hmong community to experience 02 nights at the most luxurious hotel in Vietnam. The program helps to expand their understanding of domestic tourism, while improving their skills in sales, logistics, event planning, hotel management and sustainable business development.

At the Highland Market, visitors will have the opportunity to meet them and bring back many interesting items, while contributing revenue for the development of the highland people.
