Premier Village Danang Resort appoints new head chef.

The resort has just appointed Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong – Philip Ho as its official Head Chef. Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong will oversee the operations and food and beverage services at the resort's restaurants: Lemongrass Restaurant, Ca Chuon Co Seafood Restaurant and Nautica Beach Club, as well as the In-Villa Dining service and all culinary programs and events of the resort.

 

 

Chef Ho Thanh Phuong has been dedicated to the culinary arts with his talent and passion since 1992. With over 25 years of experience, having held many important positions, and most recently as Head Chef at Grand Mercure Danang since June 2017, Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong has become an important member of Premier Village Danang Resort.

Chef Ho Thanh Phuong shared: “Cooking is not just a profession, but also a passionate love for me. I hope that, in this new journey with Premier Village Danang Resort, I and my colleagues will together create great strides to take the resort to a new level.”
