Premier Village Danang Resort appoints new chef

The resort has just appointed Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong – Philip Ho as the official Head Chef. Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong will supervise the operations and food services at the resort’s restaurants: Lemongrass restaurant, Ca Chuon Co seafood restaurant and Nautica Beach Club, as well as the culinary services at the In-Villa Dining villa and all the resort’s culinary programs and events.

 

 

Chef Ho Thanh Phuong has been involved in the culinary career with his talent and passion since 1992. With more than 25 years of experience, holding many important positions, and most recently the position of Head Chef at Grand Mercure Danang, since June 2017, Mr. Ho Thanh Phuong has become an important member of Premier Village Danang Resort.

Chef Ho Thanh Phuong shared: “Cooking is not only a profession, but also a strong passion for me. I hope that, in this new journey with Premier Village Danang Resort, my colleagues and I will make great strides to bring the resort to a new level.”
