In a space that recreated the peaceful countryside scene of the Southwest of France, with red doors and clusters of red peppers that were familiar to Chef Alain’s childhood, guests enjoyed a unique 5-course menu, full of colors and flavors. When combined with glasses of fine wine, they awakened all the senses and opened the way for seemingly limitless culinary exploration. The emotions that lingered in the hearts of each attendee were surprise, delight and joy until the last minute.
