The recent celebration of Chef Alain Dutournier's 40th anniversary in the culinary profession is a prime example. In a setting recreating the peaceful countryside of southwestern France, complete with red doors and clusters of red peppers reminiscent of Chef Alain's childhood, guests enjoyed a five-course meal full of vibrant colors and flavors. Paired with fine wines, it awakened all the senses and opened the door to seemingly limitless culinary exploration. The lingering emotions in each guest were surprise, delight, and joy until the very end.
