Pullman Danang Resort has just welcomed its new Director of Cuisine. Hailing from Normandy, France, Mr. Jean Hurpé has over 10 years of extensive experience in the culinary field at several major hotels and resorts around the world.

Jean Hurpé has worked for many renowned brands around the world, including: Intercontinental Bora Bora Resort & Talasso Spa in French Polynesia, Swissotel Nankai Osaka in Japan, and Grand Hyatt Beijing in China.

With his experience, creativity, and enthusiasm, Jean Hurpé is sure to work with Pullman Danang Beach Resort to bring many culinary experiences to guests visiting the hotel.

 

 

Sharing his thoughts on Jean Hurpé's appointment, Timothy Nott – General Manager of the hotel – stated: “We are truly excited to welcome Jean to our team as Director of Food and Beverage.
