On July 11, 2025, Café U officially opened on the LL2 floor of the Union Square building (171 Dong Khoi Street, Saigon Ward), becoming the first café in Ho Chi Minh City with a direct connection to the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Metro line, right at the City Theatre Station exit, before reaching central streets such as Dong Khoi, Nguyen Hue, Le Loi, and Le Thanh Ton.

Café U will be open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
