Rex Hotel launches mooncakes with traditional flavors onto the market.

Mung Bean Cake: Golden, smooth, and fragrant mung beans blend perfectly with the rich flavor of salted egg yolk, creating a delicious and easy-to-eat traditional baked mooncake. Green Tea Cake: Premium green tea powder blends with soft, golden mung beans, combined with the rich flavor of salted egg yolk, creating an irresistible aroma. Coconut and Melon Seed Cake: The coconut filling is made from the flesh of young coconuts, grated and stir-fried with sugar and coconut kernels. The filling is a harmonious blend of the sweet taste of coconut and a hint of the richness of egg yolk. Mixed Chicken and Roasted Egg Cake is a traditional baked mooncake always present in every mooncake box. The sweetness of the filling and the fragrant aroma of the golden baked crust make for a truly satisfying flavor. All four types of cakes weigh 200g, with each box containing two round and two square cakes, symbolizing completeness and fulfillment.

The distinctive feature of Rex's mooncakes is that they are made in-house at the hotel's bakery using fresh, clean ingredients and without additives or preservatives. Therefore, only the number of mooncakes produced corresponds to the number of orders to ensure quality. Each mooncake is best enjoyed within 7 days of production and should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than 2 weeks. This year, Rex Hotel has also invested in a minimalist box design with a light yellow color scheme, featuring the Rex Hotel logo printed in gold foil at the center, as a testament to the brand.
