Food & Hotel Vietnam is a familiar and reputable exhibition brand for the food, beverage, equipment, and hotel and restaurant services industry in Vietnam. This year marks the 10th edition of the event, with many exciting activities planned.

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019, taking place from April 24th to 26th, 2019 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), promises to offer visitors many impressive exhibits and a series of interesting side activities.

With its largest exhibition scale ever, reaching 13,000 m2 and expanding for the first time to Hall A3 of SECC, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 will showcase thousands of products including: Food, Beverages & Soft Drinks; Dairy Products, Poultry, Confectionery Equipment; Beverage Dispensing Equipment, Food Service Equipment; Automatic Dispensing and Vending Equipment; Sanitary Equipment and much more.

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 featured over 630 exhibitors from 29 countries and territories. In addition, the event welcomed 20 international pavilions from the following countries and territories: Republic of Ireland, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Taiwan, Denmark, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, the USA, Russia, France, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, China, and Australia. Among these were three international pavilions participating for the first time: Republic of Ireland, Poland, and Russia, representing well-known associations such as Primorsk, ALTAI Group, Omsk (Russia); National Support Centre for Agriculture (Poland); and BOARD BIA (Republic of Ireland).

In addition to the presence of many participating units, the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 organizing committee will also hold many useful activities such as: a specialized forum on healthcare in business, a talent competition for renowned chefs, a short-term training program on coffee brewing, etc.

The culinary talent competition brought together a total of 255 passionate young chefs from across Vietnam and the Indochina region, all competing in a variety of exciting culinary challenges such as Vietnamese cuisine, hot dishes, desserts, and fruit and vegetable carving.

Replacing the annual barista competition, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 will offer a short-term coffee brewing training program called the “SCA Barista Skills Foundation”. This course is specifically designed for amateur baristas, under the professional guidance and instruction of Ross Bright – Master Roaster and Barista Trainer with many years of experience and judging in international barista competitions. Students who successfully complete the post-course exam will receive a certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) – Foundation.
