Food & Hotel Vietnam is a familiar and prestigious exhibition brand in the food, beverage, equipment and hotel restaurant services industry in Vietnam. This year is the 10th time, the event is held with many interesting activities preparing to take place.

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019, taking place from April 24 to 26, 2019 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), promises to bring visitors many impressive products on display with a series of interesting sideline activities.

With the largest exhibition scale ever, up to 13,000 m2 and expanded for the first time in Hall A3 of SECC, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 will be the place to display thousands of products including: Food, Beverages & Soft Drinks; Dairy products, Poultry meats, Confectionery equipment; Beverage mixing equipment, Food service equipment; Dispensing and vending equipment; Sanitary equipment and more.

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 has the participation of more than 630 exhibitors from 29 countries and territories. In addition, the event welcomes the participation of 20 international pavilions from countries and territories: Republic of Ireland, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Taiwan, Denmark, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, USA, Russia, France, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, China and Australia. Among these, there are 3 international pavilions participating for the first time: Republic of Ireland, Poland and Russia with many famous associations such as: Primorsk, ALTAI Group, Omsk (Russia); National Support Centre for Argiculture (Poland) and BOARD BIA (Republic of Ireland).

Not only with the presence of many participating units, the Organizing Committee of Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 will also organize many useful activities such as: specialized forums on health care in business, talent competitions of famous chefs, short-term training programs on coffee making...

The talented chef competition gathered a total of 255 enthusiastic young chefs from all over Vietnam and Indochina, all of whom competed together in many exciting culinary challenges such as Vietnamese cuisine, hot dishes, desserts and fruit and vegetable carving.

Replacing the annual barista competition, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2019 will offer a short-term coffee training program called “SCA Barista Skills Foundation”. This is a course specifically for non-professional baristas, under the professional guidance and teaching of Mr. Ross Bright - Master Roaster and Barista Trainer with many years of experience working and judging for international barista competitions. Students who complete the post-course test will be awarded a certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) - Foundation.
