Sun Spa Resort, covering a total area of 29 hectares, is invested in by Truong Thinh Tourism Co., Ltd. (Truong Thinh Group) and comprises two sections: a high-end resort area (with 234 rooms) and a high-end villa area (including 40 bungalows and 19 villas). This is the first tourist accommodation facility in Quang Binh to be recognized as meeting this standard. Previously, in June 2013, Sun Spa Resort also held a Vietnamese record for having the longest beachfront and riverfront in Vietnam.
