Sun Spa Resort has a total area of 29 hectares, invested by Truong Thinh Tourism Company Limited (Truong Thinh Group), including 2 areas: High-class Resort (including 234 rooms) and High-class Villa Area (including 40 bungalows & 19 Villas). This is the first tourist accommodation facility in Quang Binh to be recognized as meeting this standard. Previously, in June 2013, Sun Spa Resort was also recognized as a Vietnamese record for a high-class resort with the longest sea and river frontage in Vietnam.
