Born and raised in France, Mr. César has 9 years of experience at many famous restaurants, hotels and resorts such as Melia, Intercontinental Resort and Spa.... With his valuable knowledge and experience, Mr. César and his team of experienced kitchen staff promise to bring a new culinary look to the resort.
Mr. Brent Strydom - Training Director
Not only has over 10 years of experience working in the hotel service industry, Mr. Brent is especially passionate about training. In his new position, Mr. Brent will build professional training programs for managers as well as resort staff.
