Born and raised in France, Mr. César has 9 years of experience at many prestigious restaurants, hotels, and resorts such as Melia, Intercontinental Resort and Spa, etc. With his valuable knowledge and experience, Mr. César and his team of experienced chefs promise to bring a new culinary look to the resort.
Mr. Brent Strydom - Director of Training
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Brent is particularly passionate about training. In his new role, Brent will develop professional training programs for resort managers and staff.
