In early September, Thanh Thao, along with her husband and friends, embarked on a road trip in an RV, traveling through three states: California, Oregon, and Washington. To prepare for this journey, Thanh Thao and her husband purchased a fully equipped RV worth $165,000 (nearly 4 billion VND). RV stands for Recreational Vehicle, also known as a "mobile home," with a space designed like a mobile house, complete with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Using RVs for travel is currently a popular method worldwide.

The first stop for Thanh Thảo and her husband was Sequoia National Park in California. Known as the "land of giants" due to the presence of enormous trees with massive trunks, singer Thanh Thảo chose to hike and conquer the 7,200-foot (2,194 m) peak to explore the giant ancient forest and experience the feeling of being incredibly small in the face of the majestic and awe-inspiring natural scenery.

From California, Thanh Thao continued her journey to Crater Lake National Park, located in southern Oregon. Crater Lake National Park was formed over 7,000 years ago after the eruption of Mount Mazama and is known for its breathtaking scenery, associated with dreamy legends.
The most famous feature of Oregon's national park is Crater Lake. It's the world's deepest, cleanest, and bluest lake, with no ditches or inlets branching off from it. Singer Thanh Thảo was captivated by the beauty of the crystal-clear lake and the diverse landscape surrounded by volcanic peaks. She took the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, admire the scenery, and take photos by Crater Lake and the Vocalno crater.

Singer Thanh Thảo's journey continues with Olympic National Park – a World Heritage-listed biosphere reserve located in Washington State. Olympic National Park is one of the largest and most visited national parks in the United States, boasting numerous beautiful landscapes. The singer was completely captivated by the scenery. Despite the long journey, Thanh Thảo remained full of energy, excitedly sharing photos of the lush green roads lined with ancient trees and massive, gnarled trunks.
The 7-day journey across three major US states was incredibly enjoyable for Thanh Thảo. Despite some extremely strenuous, difficult, and dangerous mountain climbing sections, her passion for exploration, fitness, and love of nature made the trip unforgettable. Thanh Thảo also hopes to have more time in the future to experience other travel adventures with her husband and daughter in their newly purchased RV.
After exploring the national parks, Thanh Thao visited beautiful beaches like Ruby Beach and Cannon Beach on her way back to California.
The singer and her husband also participated in climbing rocky cliffs.
