In the current new normal, the return of domestic tourism demand will be accompanied by a need for technology and modern solutions to minimize social interaction. This need was also emphasized in the recent Fourth Industrial Revolution. Recognizing this need, Thien Minh Group has taken its first steps into the field of technology solutions for tourism by developing the TMG Go application.

The first version of TMG Go offers key functions such as on-app check-in and check-out, room service booking, spa service booking, and tour booking. Guests can choose to book via the app or chat online with the reception staff. Initially, this version will be available at Victoria Phan Thiet Resort and ÊMM Hue Hotel, and will later be rolled out to all hotels and resorts in the group.

In the future, Thien Minh Group will implement additional customer loyalty programs, online booking functionality, and other customer support features. The application can be downloaded on the iOS platform and will soon be available on Android.

TMG Go was launched during the peak season for domestic tourism, coinciding with Thien Minh Group's "Relaxing Travel, Unexpected Offers" program. Tourists will enjoy discounts of up to 35% on all of the group's tourism products, along with many other attractive offers. During the app's launch, tourists booking services through TMG GO at Victoria Phan Thiet Resort and ÊMM Hue Hotel will receive a 30% discount on their total service bill.
