Chef Vu Anh Duc is dedicated to creating delicious and creative dishes with his talented hands.

The Michelin Voyage menu opens with Hokkaido scallop salad with Quang An kumquat sauce, black caviar and herbs. Diners will be surprised by the Hitachi beef soup with a special hot pho flavor and wontons kneaded by Chef Vu Anh Duc himself, minced beef cheek stewed with premium foie gras.

The star of the menu is the Hitachi Wagyu A5 beef shoulder tenderloin with mashed potatoes, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and Sichuan chili sauce mixed with Japanese sauce. Guests can awaken all the senses and enhance the culinary experience by pairing the Hitachi Wagyu shoulder tenderloin with a selection of imported wines from all over the world.

This culinary journey concludes with lychee and raspberry mousse, French macarons, and rich biscuit crumbs. The sweet and sour taste of the pineapple and orange marmalade is enhanced by the chefs.

The Michelin Voyage menu has just been launched by Hemispheres Steak and Seafood Grill restaurant of Sheraton Hanoi hotel to welcome September. This restaurant is on the list selected by Michelin Guide 2023.
