In the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of summer, the Emperor Restaurant at Fortuna Hotel Hanoi will present to diners the Salmon Matsuri, one of the characteristic and attractive Japanese culinary cultural events, taking place on five Saturday evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM, starting from July 4th to August 29th.

These will be fantastic weekend parties for families and friends to experience the unique culinary culture of the Land of the Rising Sun. Throughout the festival, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy a colorful dinner buffet with delicious dishes made from ocean salmon, along with unique traditional Japanese art performances.

The grand feast includes many beloved dishes such as Salmon Salad with Tartar Sauce, Salmon Nigiri, and Salmon Sashimi. In addition, diners can also enjoy special dishes prepared by Chef Kenji Tam, such as Spaghetti with Salmon and Kimchi, Salmon and Tofu Hamburger (Japanese-style Salmon and Tofu Burger), Salmon Kushiage (Japanese-style breaded and fried salmon skewers), and many other exquisite dishes made from ocean salmon.
